Amazon Return Policy Without a Receipt

Start eligible purchase returns in Your Orders. For gifts, use the 17-digit order number on the packing slip or digital gift receipt; ask the gift giver if you cannot find it. Seller-fulfilled marketplace returns go back to the seller.

Bring the item, any packaging and accessories, your payment card, and photo ID if requested. Purchase lookup is not a guarantee of return approval.
